This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Dyson Brown Hair Salon, the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.

Definitions and Interpretation

By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other relevant laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by Dyson Brown.

Shipping

Dyson Brown use Royal Mail postal services, this is provided free of charge to you the customer on all orders. We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame but please check Royal Mail for further details. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.

Dyson Brown pride ourselves on a swift service from purchase to your door should any unforseen shortfall in your order occur Dyson Brown will endevour to forfil your order within 30 days

Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to 10 days of receiving your goods. To receive a refund (excluding shipping costs), the goods must be unused and still sealed. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Please contact us at support@dysonbrown.co.uk stating your invoice and customer number and confirm that you wish to receive a refund. You must then return all the goods in question with their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice to (It is advisable that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office):
